Hotel is clean, nice and quiet. Bed is comfy. Staff is friendly. Metrostation is across the street. From the third floor you can see top of the Eiffel tower... : )
I liked the shower, the room and the breakfast room from where you could observe the fussiness of the city. also the location of the hotel is great for every visit you may choose to wait upon after taking your breakfast. therewith, the view from the windows and the very small terrace is quite beautiful and you could actually see the top of Tour Eiffel.
the elevator too small for a hotel where you have to transport luggage and may be the restroom
The design of the room.
We stayed 4 nights in room 602 and the strong musty smell from the shower drain in the bathroom where we could smell in the whole room. I could not sleep in the first night the smell was very strong. We told the reception the next day but the problem had not been resolved. The entire stay everynight after the shower we had to close and cover up the area with duct tape .
great comfortable hotel with some cool features to the room. it is also very easy to explore paris from the metro station opposite the hotel
The staff were really helpfull and frıendly and that puts a bıg plus on the ratıngs .. thank you
the hotel is so small, that you can't move freely at breakfast or in your room. everywhere is red light, which makes you feel that you are in another kind of place..staff is friendly.
Location was not so closed to the main sightseeing's, but with metro station which was very close to the hotel you could reach the down town in 10 minutes.
The breakfast was very simple but what you could expect from 3 stars. In general everything was acceptable for this price.
Design, location, good staff.
Incredibly small space for the shower. Small breakfast (fortunately was included in the price)
I liked the staff, location and breakfast.
Interesting design, staff were helpful, nice view of eiffel tower from the room if looked out from the mini balcony. Interesting shower with different sources of water and nice lighting. Staff were nice and very good buffet breakfast - yoghut, juice, fruit, toast, pastries and eggs with a bolier so you could do how you like them.
Smelt of cigarettes and stale smoke, no tea and coffee in the room (or even able to get it from the hotel itself). Although the different lighting effects were good, should have been able to put a brighter light on as it was difficult to see (although did have a bed reading light). I was here alone on business, but this would have been a lot more fun to come as a couple. No room service - I picked this hotel because Booked.net said it had room service and as a solo traveller on business I wanted to be able to eat in my room. So this is inaccurate on the website.
The hotel's total look was amazing, very cool.
The rooms were kind of tiny (even by European standards- you had to open the bathroom door to get into the shower). Not sure if this is true of every room or if this was just a quirk of ours.
The location was excellent as there was a metro station right next the the hotel. I also liked the boutique style of the hotel and that it had the facility of providing breakfast (minimal selection).
I felt the room were extremely crapped, alongside the mould growing in the shower. The shower at first appeared fancy but the pressure would vary and not all taps would work. The lift was very small and could hold 2 people at a squeeze, not ideal if you have luggage or wanted a bit more space. The breakfast offered was quite poor and although included in the price I paid (£199-£139) per night it did not seem value for money, especially at the rates I paid per night.
This is a very funky hotel. I liked the quiet and the black out curtains so you could sleep. It was right across from the train station and had good shopping and a laundry in the next street.
The shower area could do with a fix up. I don't like broken tiles and mouldy showers.
The hotel's location is very well situated directly opposite the metro which has a very regular service. The Eiffel Tower is a fifteen minute walk away, or three minutes on the metro. The area is lovely with two fantastic restaurants just around the corner. The staff were nice and friendly, particularly the main daytime receptionist (nam unknown).
The rooms are a little small, but that's not really a complaint. It's not the sort of hotel that you'd say to people "You must stay there!", But I'd have no problem staying there again.
lovely unique room, really improved the experiance, and kindness of the staff ensured that we could do everything we wanted in paris.
